Find conflicting help articles before your AI agent repeats them
For support leads on Zendesk or Freshdesk who are about to turn on an AI agent. You get a list of articles that disagree, are out of date, or say the same thing twice. Every item links to the article's edit page.
$149 one-time. Delivered within 7 days, no later than 30 November 2026, or you get a full refund automatically.
7 are high priority. Start with the refund window.
Three steps, no setup
You don't install anything. I do the work and send you the report.

I run the audit
I read every public article, find the problems, and check each one by hand.
Get your fix list
The report comes by email within 7 days. Each item links straight to the article's edit page.
Your AI agent believes every article
AI agents, like Zendesk's AI agents or Freshdesk's Freddy, answer from your help articles as they are written. They can't tell which article is right.
Say one article promises 30-day refunds and another says 14. The agent may quote either one. An old article with last year's price or a retired plan name gets repeated too.
A person on your team knows which article to ignore. The AI agent doesn't. Spotting these clashes across hundreds of articles is slow work, so it rarely gets done.
Every clash you miss is a wrong answer sent to a customer, under your name.
One clear report, ranked by priority
The audit will
- Find articles that disagree. Refund windows, prices, plan names, limits, shipping and cancellation terms. Both sentences are quoted.
- Flag out-of-date articles. Older articles that still state old prices, retired plan names or past years.
- Spot near-duplicates. Articles that say the same thing and should be merged.
- Rank and link every item. A priority and a direct link to edit the article.
- Check macros too. Only if you share a read-only API token.
The audit will not
- Edit or publish anything in your help center.
- Read your tickets or customer data.
- Cover Intercom or other help desks yet.
- Cover more than 2,000 public articles.
You make the fixes. The report shows you where to start.
A one-time audit before you go live
This suits support teams of 2 to 30 agents on Zendesk or Freshdesk who are piloting an AI agent or about to.
It is not for you if you have more than 2,000 articles, or if you use a different help desk.

Questions
What do I need to give you?
Just your help-center address. If you want macros checked too, add a read-only API token. You can revoke it at any time.
Will you change anything in my help center?
No. I only read. You decide what to fix, using the edit links in the report.
I have more than 2,000 articles. Can I still order?
Email georgi@korenda.com before you pay, and I'll tell you honestly if I can help.
What is the $39/month re-scan?
It's an optional monthly check after you get your report. It isn't part of this payment. It only starts if you agree to it after delivery.
What if the report isn't useful?
Ask within 14 days of delivery and I'll refund the full $149.
Who's behind it
I'm Georgi Dimitrov, a solo developer building this under Korenda. I'm taking pre-orders to see if support teams want this before I finish the tool. I deliver every audit myself and check each item by hand. Questions? Email georgi@korenda.com.
